Dimel Deads Vs. RDL's

I'm looking into PC exercises and I can't find much of a difference between these two. I know duplicate posts can be annoying, so I ran a search and couldn't find anything. This is my understanding of the exercises, please let me know if my thoughts are correct and if there are any more distinctions.

Essentially, they are the same motion, but the Dimel Dead is performed ballistically with a lighter load on the weights and more reps than the Romanian Deadlift.

Anything else? Is the above correct?

Thanks!
