I am considering breast implants but had some questions for any of you who have already been through this procedure...
1)Did you place the implants on top or behind your pectorals?
I know if you have smaller breasts (like myself) the you should go behind the muscle but then I hear that you can no longer work your pecs anymore. I LOVE working my chest!! Anyone have them behind the muscle but still benches, does flies...etc.??
2) How do they effect your workout overall? In terms of aerobics, weight training? Being small, my breasts have never been in the way. I am concerned that with implants they may just be troublesome during workouts.
