Just want to say thank you ev'rybody

I am doing my first carb up tonight and just wanted to thank all of you on this forum who have shared your knowledge and experiences. Because of all of the great information that you have shared, I feel much more confident about having a great carb-up and am looking forward to seeing the results next week.

Have a great weekend!!!

What are your goals? I'm sure people have told you this, but at 5"11 you dont need to go lower than 147. Doctors and researchers hae now proen you can "spot reduce, so if you're "apple bottom" name is true, than you don't have to lose weight in order to get the more feminine physique

Jaime, link us to that research please.

Women with bottoms slightly larger in proportion to the rest of their body have a lesser chance of getting some cancers.

I'll try to find the artcile about it.

i believe spot reduction does work, not by experience, but by inexperience.... you see i was always one of those guys who never trained abs, i never did situps, crunches of anything..... i heard heavy compounds worked them enough and i believed it. well i now carry more fat on my stomach, when the rest of my body is ripped and vascular. ive recently started doing ab work, but after reading this article i think im gonna start adding some high rep ab work on back day
