When I was 15 I weighed in at 227lbs. I went on atkins and got down to 165 in about 7-8 months. I am now currently 165-170 and 6foot. I'm still doing keto to try and tone up alittle.
Unlike most people here, I don't lift. I do cardio 3-4 times a week for about 45 minutes which usually equals up to about about 4-5 miles. Then I do Inversion sit-ups and lots of Chin Ups, Pull Ups, and Push Ups. I have only been doin keto again for about 2 weeks now.
In my pictures they go in order. First two are from February, third one is about a month ago, last two are today. Not sure if theres any difference from flexed.JPG and flexednew.JPG
what do you guys think? The thing is I still think I'm fat. Sometimes I think I'm not but other times I think it's to good to be true and I am. I think it's because I was once fat and that shot down my self esteem....I don't know?
and yeah I know my hairs up in a towel hahaha....
