You are pretty lean bro, I'd try to bulk some.
I know what you mean about thinking you are fat still though...I still am pretty big at about 19% but I was almost 40% at one point. I still feel as though I'm that big, but its getting better. If you are worried about getting fat, just eat 200-300 calories over maintainance and lift like an animal.

Lucky you, you've got no loose/flabby skin. I was 320 at 14, lost alot of weight, and have some flabby/loose skin which pisses me off. But I'm still happy, and I know its not the end of the world.
AS far as you go, BULK my friend, please if I had that body, Id be eating 4000K calories a day and hitting the weight 4 times a week with no cardio what so ever.

yeah man, you're real lean - you have ab definition. i know its a mental thing, but you can't have visible abs and not be lean - the two go hand in hand. if you have access, start lifting - it will make a big difference. not only will you get bigger and stronger but the increased muscle mass will boost your metabolism and you'll be burning more calories, which (knowing that) should help the mental state.

I cant wait to keto bulk! My roommate thinks I'm insane. We go over our nutritional/workout plans with one another. I mentioned I might keto bulk in the fall, and he just kinda gave me a really stupid look. lol
I reinterate my sentiment that you are lean enough and should put on some solid muscle.

But bulking with keto is probably gonna feel like heaven, or a vacation or something. Just imagine having about 700-800 calories 5 times a day, in one sitting, that butter, meat, cheese, hmmm.

I'm currently bulking in keto. Yes, it is heaven.

I find its cheaper to cut with than a more "conventional" approach. I never figured bulking would be expensive, but I just sat down and figured out how much 3500 calories a day of keto food would be...WOW lol

I'm in a bind right now...I'm pretty sure I Plateaued at 165-170 on keto, and I'm still finishing up puberty so I have the appetite of a bull. Which means staying under my maintence calories is hard to do cause I'm always so hungry. My body is on the verge of being cut but I can't loose my little layer of fat I still have. I am considering taking ripped fuel in the summer but staying under the recommend amount and not a using the full cycle....what do you guys think?
