    Rows

From what I know, rows are the same as upright rows which work the shoulders/arms, correct? And then you have bent rows which work arms and back, correct?
Are there any other forms of rows I am missing?

Upright rows hit the medial delts and traps, bent over rows hit the back.

Both rowing movements use the biceps to some degree as well.

just keep it simple. whatever part of your body is moving is whats being worked.
If what I see does not amaze me, I am not looking hard enough.

The more you learn, the more you realize you don't know.

Note the musculature worked in the links:

    Upright Row: http://exrx.net/WeightExercises/Delt...prightRow.html

    Bent-Over Row:

There are many different types of rows: seated cb rows, t-bar rows, dumbbell rows, Pendlay rows, etc.
