How can I get my bench press up fast

I have been lifting since FEBUARY of 2003 and my bench has gone from 95 lbs to 180 lbs. I was improving really fast until I maxed out last month at 180 lbs. Since then my max haven't boosted but I am still working out just as much and just as hard. I hope to get my bench press up to 210 lbs by the start of freshmen football (JULY) .

Go to the power lifting forum, they know more about increasing weight on lifts.
For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears. When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put childish ways behind me. Now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.

hey man i know what you mean, i want to get up my bench press too. I started at 135 lbs and a few months later i got up to 205 lbs. It was probably because i just got back from surgery and a broken wrist and i was weak at the beginning but now its down again some. I've been searching on google and yahoo for bench pressing techniques and here are some very useful tips, id suggest anybody who wants to increase there bench to read these sites.
