    Thanks for the comments guys.

my stats are 179lbs. probably 13 percent fat.

My goals are to look like a stripper and/or fitness model. I know cheesy-but its the truth.

My bench is pretty low now since I am following a precontest diet.
Probably 155. and incline about the same.

    squat- 150.

    alternate curls-50 * 6

I following a max o-t style while cutting 4-6 reps except abs. three days a week.

    any thoughts would be great.

P.s. = I am dropping zma before bed, because I am using gaba now and have read it isn't that beneficial.

Heisman-I see that you are in St. louie are you going to any Ncaa games?

Are you only doing Squats, Bench, and curls? Also are you cutting or bulking?

    The arena is cool.

I blame Quin Snyder entirely for our demise. We had way too much talent to lose in the first round of the NIT. The idiot moved Paulding to a shooting guard when he was phenomenal as a forward. Did he expect Paulding to have a great year at a new postition? Idiot. I wish he would leave.

I could go on and on, but then this post will take up too much space in your journal.
