Here's the info on the figure and fitness seminar this Sunday in Miami!!

The seminar will be held from 1-4pm this coming Sunday, May 13th. The cost is only a $20 donation to the SPCA!

Please wear workout attire and bring the following:

-Pen and note pad

-Food We will have a few breaks so that you girls can eat! This is a figure and fitness seminar so Tupperware is very welcome!!

-Something to pose in. If you have a competition suit and heels, great. If not, no biggie any suit and heels will do. If you are not comfortable in a suit at this time, simply bring shorts and heels. No pressure!!!

We will be covering everything from workouts and nutrition to tanning/makeup and everything in between! This is going to be a fun, informative afternoon! And don't forget, NPC Vice President Peter Potter will be there to speak about what the judges are looking for in our sport! This is a very rare chance to hear this information straight from the top!!

Whether you are a new competitor or a veteran, I guarantee you will learn something in this informative afternoon! If you have any other questions, please feel free to let me know! We look forward to seeing you there!!

Was just curious how the seminar and weekend's festivities went....Hope it was awesome and that an absolute ton-o-money was raised!!

Wow!! Thanks for the kind post!!

Yes...we had a GREAT time at the seminar! Overall we raised about $400 for the SPCA, and my hubby's magazine "Southern Muscle Plus" is going to match the donation!!

We went over everything from posing to training to hair and makeup (the chick stuff ) and have gotten a lot of great feedback from the girls!!

On another cool note, that night at the NPC Superior Championships in Miami, Peter Potter named me as the new NPC Chairperson for Figure and Fitness in the State of Florida. I am EXTREMELY honored and excited to help as much as I can!
