What is the most weight someones benched at your gym?.......Mine is a smaller gym and lacks hardcore roid monkeys but i think the highest i saw was like 370

hmm... i don't think it would could, but today i saw this dude trying 315 for reps.... the only thing was he had a skinny spotter doing most of the work, poor guy

by far the biggest bencher in my gym was this huge 300lb power lifter. he wasnt ripped but deffinitly not outa shape. his bench was 300 kg. Never saw him squat. this guy scared the shyt outa me :-)

one of my best friensd flex is in the low-mid 300's on flat bench. Some HUGE kid james at my gym put up 405 before spring break. There was some 'larger' guy... that always wears some some shirt from one of those concert security companies that repped 3 plates on each side 12 times and he didn't seemed to strained. needless to say i was in aw.

uhhmm...there is this powerlifter type at my gym who can do 450*3

theres a few guys at the golds i work out in, one guy is a UFC guy, dont really know his name, but hes jacked and looks like a truck, he reps 315 like 20 times on incline, and another whos is about 200 pounds reps bout 315 on the bench for 3 sets of 12, hes bout 30 years old though
