    Instant ramen soup good for bulking?....

    Max Bench: 115 (weakling hehe, but I did have an injured elbow though)

    not sure but i like to eat the ramen noodles that come in the square packages. i break them into little pieces. although they dont have much taste theyre not that bad if you give them a try.

    Yeah, the ones that come in a square package tastes much better, but the ones in the cup are much easier to cook. I'm talking about the cups

    i wouldnt eat a lot of it. its loaaaded with salt. check ingredients for trans fatty acids, at 25 cents a pack dont expect it to be "ok" for anything but preventing death by starvation

    i wouldnt consider ramen beneficial... high in fat and carbs, no protein. i still eat it daily though cuz i am on a college budget, lol.

    just use the noodles from the package and put it in your own soup if you are worried about sodium...

    1-it has a TON of sodium
    2-it is white noodles (simple carbs)

    if you want noodles buy WHEAT noodles and eat that

    Yep it does. Eat brown rice, or even better, eat barley for a supsitute that taste like white rice.

    If you don't care what you are eating on your bulk and just want to gain weight...be my guest. If you are on a clean bulking diet, you could fit this in as a cheat meal once or twice in a week, but definitely don't go overboard on the stuff. That sodium will get you.

    I actually agree with you on this one... Unless you gain fat easily, if you're bulking your BULKING you're not cutting. So many ectomorphs don't gain half of what they can potentially gain because they eat like little pussies. My friend bitches to me about how he can't gain any weight when he's afraid to eat real food. The other day, I offered him white rice and porkchops but he refused because the white rice was High GI carbs and the porkchops were high sat. fat. BIG F'N DEAL!

    i'm making good gains eating clean foods, and putting on barely any fat. even though it would probably be easy to not care what i eat, i don't feel like having to cut longer than necessary. the only unhealthy food i go for is wendys, doublestacks are the way to go. cheap, and full of protein. i don't have it too often though, because of the high gi and fat content. anyways...... i would say if you can get your calories and protein eating clean, then eat clean.

My friend bitches to me about how he can't gain any weight when he's afraid to eat real food. The other day, I offered him white rice and porkchops but he refused because the white rice was High GI carbs and the porkchops were high sat. fat. BIG F'N DEAL!
    exactly..Eating is good for you. I eat what I want as long as I have enough protein I feel im all good than. I use to not eat alot but now I eat like a mad man and hardly gain fat.

    dudes, just dont use as much as the seasoning...it containes almost 90% of the salt in the package....I eat like 2 packs at a time (4 servings) for like 1 year and my blood pressure has been below 120/80...my resting heart rate is 54bpm....i wouldnt say its not healthy, but it also isnt the best thing in the world. but, im also 6foot1 and 150lbs so i eat anything i can to just gain weight to bulk. But, i dont do it by eating pizza or mc'ds...i just love ramen noodles.

    i agree with the "in moderation" part. i eat clean most of the time, and have maybe 1 cheat meal every other day, something like wendys, that at least is high in protein. its ok once in a while to have something that isn't good, but on a daily basis, it will catch up to you. thats just imo, i don't mind eating healthy food most of the time. whatever works for you.
