Hey Bob & Tom, what was the best/wildest/most productive
workout you ever had (besides the next one)?

dont expect to get an answer to this, these questions just take up board space and is not worth answering.. jeez... ask other people, i hardly ever EVER flame or put negative comments.. but this section has gotten pretty bad since some pros joined, asking the same ol "tom/bob" questions and half of them has already been answered or is basic **** that you can learn on your own. seriously. what do you think their going to put here? "the best workout i had when i was in high school and benched 300 for the first time" no... stop posting **** like this, please.

After 18 years, not too many workouts stand out as "the best". I don't ever remember seeing my workouts in that manner. Workouts are a means to an end. Obviously, to building my physique.

The following does stand out in my mind, however. In 1994, I did this quad workout at Mike Quinn's Gold's Gym in Boca Raton:

Hack Squats: 3 sets; 10 reps with 18 plates
    7 reps with 20 plates
    3 reps with 22 plates

Leg Press: 3 sets; 30 plates for 18 reps
    34 plates for 15
    38 plates for 11 reps

Leg Extensions: 3 sets; Stack plus 45 lb. plate x 6-8 reps

That was my all-time favorite workout.
