3 Months Transformation Contest (Men&Women) Rough Draft

Number of contestants: 10-15, depending on number of qualified applicants.

First Prize: $500 + supps
Second Prize: $300 + supps
Third Prize: $200 + supps

4th - 10th: supplements.


Rules:

18 +
No Prohormones/Anabolics
Before/After pics
No need for logs, once a week updates would be sufficient.

Cash privately funded by me and is not connected with any company.
Supplements donated by me and supplement companies generous enough to give back to the community.

5-7 Judges
Judges choose not only the winners, but also the contestants.
I will not be a judge nor a contestant. I will be as far removed from the process of the contest as possible once things take off.

There are no specific judging criteria here.. "Better" is just "Better", period.. The eyes can perceive things no criteria can quantify.


You can lose fat, gain muscle, whatever it is you think would improve your look best. This is about getting in the best shape you can for the summer, since August is in the thick of summer for most people.. If you feel like you look best with more muscle, then put on muscle.. If you feel like you look best by trimming down, then do that.. If it's a combination of both, then go against the grain and try to accomplish both.

keep in mind i'm just setting this up.. After that, I will remove myself from this and be neither a judge nor a competitor. This is for you guys who wants to show the world what you can do.. The money and supplements is to show you my support for all the hard work and self-discipline.

well im in, i lost 70 pounds in 4 months, i know if i kick it up a notch i can lost atleast 110 in 3 months, and this will be alot of motivation for me to get it done

Awesome idea Aries, and a very generous gesture to say the least. I'd definitley be down with helping judge the contestants. I also think it would be cool if we could get a well diverse set of judges (i.e. 1-2 people with bodybuilding/fitness experience, 1-2 females, 1-2 general workout enthusiasts and so on...)

Also I mentioned this in the other thread but I'd probably be able to throw in a couple of supps from my work (Vitamin World). I was thinking something everyone could use, perhaps 2 bottles of Xtend or somthing (feel free to look over their website and see if you can think up a better idea).

Total number of prize winners: 10 (first three receiving cash and supplements)

Total number of contestants: 10-15

Total number of judges: 5-7?

How contestants will be judged: I was thinking each judge ranks the contestants from first to last. So lets say there is 15 contestants, each first place vote is awarded something like 15 points (or whatever is decided) which decreases to say the 10th place vote which would be awarded one point. Then all the results would be tallied up to decide the contestant?s place in the contest. ***Just thought this might be a good idea and keep the contest fair and organized***

• Must be 18 or older to participate
• Before and After pictures required with newspaper (and close up of date on newspaper) and bb.com written in marker on body
• A minimum of 3 before and after pictures of different poses (relaxed front, relaxed back, front double bicep). More poses/pictures are encouraged.
• Progress pictures at the halfway mark ***not sure if you would want this included***
• No use of illegal drugs and/or designer steroids/prohormones (obviously this will be on the honor system)
• Log, measurements, and BF% optional but highly recommended

Don't post pics just yet.. The judges has to be decided on first.. They'll select the competitors after that.. I don't do any of that.

yes.. I pretty much agree with the rest.. Although I must say, I will veto any ridiculous choices as contestants but no reasonable choices will be refused..

Random idea:

When the contest starts, there could be one thread in the log or company promo sections where the contestants could give weekly updates if that is to be a requirement. While competitive, the thread would be purely for sharing/support/motivation. Just a thought...
