'5 Day a Week Big Gain Workout'
Does this routine 'lack' anything I should incorporate? I've been using it as a guideline this past month and a bit, and my gains are pretty impressive. I've almost put about 10 pds on (Which shows in muscle definition quite well) but I was curious of your opinions?
