exactly what you said, you sweat more, sweat isn't fat... the main reason to do it is if your in a sport that requires you to shed up a few kilos to make a weight class, then they go have a drink and the weight is straight back there. And for fat loss to be blunt, it is absolutely retarded. The coat would just add too much heat and lets be honest sweat is bothersome too when you're trying to do cardio, any deterents to your session are a negative so you want to be as cool as possible so you can put in more hard work.

Exactly.

Although, I suppose the extra half lb could do something to help, but it seems pretty silly to me. I saw some fat guy wearing a damn garbage bag to play basketball in, undoubtedly because of these rumors.

Also, why do you start all your words with capital letters? It's annoying and it takes longer to read.
