I'm not overly impressed by its fat-burning capabilities, but Gaspari's Detonate XT gives me an excellent energy boost. The cardio has def gotten easier, but more impressive is this awesome feeling of "well-being" afterwards that lasts an hour or so. Its a great way to feel walking into work at 8am!!

Met-rx time released caffeine is the best and its cheap. If you're caffeine sensitive this is the best product. It has 200 mg caffeine but you don't get it all in one shot. It lasts about 5-8 hours which is enough to get me through my day. Definitely do not take anything like a preworkout afterwards tho.....you'll get some crazy headaches.
