Dymetadrine Xtreme
1 Capsule contains:
B6 5 mg
Vitamin C 30mg
Magnesium 50 mg
Ephedra Extract 300mg
L-Phenylalanine 150mg
L-Tyrosine 150mg
Caffeine 100 mg
Yohimbine HCL 2mg
I sometimes take this supplement 20 minutes before my workout. I find the product keeps my intensity and focus up.
However, there are two downsides to this product. One is that if you're not careful, you can overtrain (your body and CNS) quite easily. Second is that you can sometimes get a serious crash after its affect wheres off.

With the ban of ephedra currently in effect, my top choices would include:
* VPX Redline
* Legal Gear PowerTrain
* San Tight!
They are all significally better then "caffeine" boosts, that many of the new products are about.

Taurine is in many energy drinks. Not familiar with it's mechanism of action, but some doctors were worried about it's effect when combined with alcohol (ala Red Bull and Vodka fatalities).
I definitely want to try Brainquicken.
I really like Rockstar Energy drink, can be tough to find though.

I would have to say Liquid Clenbutrx by VPX. This is the only product that I like be VPX also.

i like XS Energy drinks. it's like a red bull, but there's no sugar, no carbs, tastes good, massive amounts of b vitamins (4900% of b12), and enough caffeine to perk you up but not enough that makes you gittery.

I hate slow music during workout. Take off all the energy. Rap Music is good like lil John he screams alot, Eminem, Usher but not the slow one like Burn, Linkin park oh boy he gaves me alot of energy. AND TECHNOOO
