I still use OEP and it still the best there is. It kicks off weight of my body like nothing else. But I just can't sleep properly and it makes me feel depressed/nervous everytime I take it for some reason. So its quiet a dilemma.

Actually, I bought a bottle of ephadra pills a few weeks back because it was all hyped up about them being banned on April 12.

What I found was that the fat-burners I had been taking before that - Stacker 2 - worked much more effectively. You can feel these working within 15 minutes of taking them.

Definitely when I finish this Ephedra bottle off, I am going straight back to the Stacker 2s.

In a never ending search to try to find my way to ephedrine hcl short of driving to Canada, and thinking of trying the bronkaid route, but here's my take on some "fat burners" I've tried.

1)cellucor super hd - saw the best results so far and I actually felt this when I was on it.
2) d.i.e.t/dexyfen stack- worked pretty well but didn't have optimal results due to taking it at a time where work kept me out of the gym and diet was ****. I'll be trying it again.
3) hydroxyxut sx-7 - didn't get a jittery feeling but I did see a little bit of results.
4) lipo 6 black - did nothing for me

Just picked up the new epiburn pro today. So far I get a decent amount of energy, nothing too crazy. We'll see how fat loss is in a couple weeks I guess.

Is there any real "fat burners" left? So far the majority of them are garbage (at least the I ones I've taken over the last several years). I guess I'm still use to oep, and the 10 year ago hydroxycut hardcore formula.

I wouldn't suggest it, I'm trying to figure out what fat burner to take now and one of the shops gave me 3 different samples based on my needs. And after taking the first serving, which is first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. The stims that are in the fat burner is enough to get you going. I would imagine taking it with a pre workout I might of passed out or worse. just got to be careful you hear all the time people getting sent to the e.r.

got them on BOGO sale or something like that.

Can anyone comapre them? What will be more efficent?

From what I see, RSP is more mild comapre to AB igniter. Am I right?
