hey guys i want to know that what workouts do u do right before showing off or something like it... i mean i am going out in 3 ours i want my body to be pumped blood flooding all over my body and my muscles showing. i guess u got my point...

well...i dont think pumps last that long...unless maybe you take some supplement along with exercising.
anyway i dont think youll see a big difference is you try to pump up before going out with your lady friends to show them how much you have gained even though it wouldnt be really wat you gained exept the blood thats filling up your muscles

have to have muscle to be pumped, keep hitting the gym and in time u'll look pumped and flexed even when not

uhh....before contests bodybuilders do a pre-show workout like with some iso work to get them pumped up. if you're just going out with friends you're ghey lol
