Which is better 3,4 6 day training splits
I am just statring out and I am curious at which is better. This is general question here, how long will it take before a person normally sees results?
Now back to my titled question, I am wanting to know because I have several magazines with workout routines and my main trouble is not knowing which one is better. That is my kryptonite...I have been eating great making sure I am getting enough protein and I have lost wieght from that but I am currently between 235lbs and 240lbs at 6 ft 4. And I am wanting to get rid of that fat and turn into muscle.
I have heard that you get great results from doing one body part a day and your not in the gym as long. So please reply to this I am in need of some great replies so that I can continue to make great strides towards getting my physique into what I know I can make it...and this will help me at being consistant...
