i got a few answer the ones u want if they have worked for ya hopefully if your an endomorph
first how many beats per minute do u try to stay in when doing cardio and for how long
second when lifting what range do u generally stay in when losing weight
third any suggestions on some good ab programs that only take like 5-8 minutes or so that work for you
