Since you found it so easy to cut and gain mass and some of think its so hard. Would you please expound on how you do it. I mean posting and telling us its possible is one thing, but showing us how exactly you did it is a whole other thing. So please, please explain, because if you've unlocked an easy way to do this i'm sure we all would be happy to know.

I gained mass while cutting. Heres what I did:
I ate 2300 cals per day
lifted extremely hard, sometimes twice a day
Ran three times a week,
Lowered carbs and upped protein
And I grew just fine doing this. It might not work for everyone thoughFukc dieting you only live once-me

Yeah, i justed wanted more info about your circumstances.
The thing is, while yes it is indeed possible, it is by no means optimal.
Both fat loss and muscle gain will occur in smaller increments than if one fully applies his diet and trining towards one goal instead of 2 diametrically opposing ones with noob gains being the most prominant time period where this can be negated.
Congrats to your success in doing it though. Many cannot."Arterial plaque is primarily composed of unsaturated fats particularly polyunsaturated ones." (Felton, C V, et al, Lancet, 1994, 344:1195)

I dont' think your gaining mass. What I think it is. Is that as you lose fat more mass is showing through. Letting you THINK that you got more mass.
I lost about 6LB's so far and I've been cutting for about 3 weeks already. Ya I bet I lost a **** load of muscle. But it looks like I got more cuase more shows through. The Iron never lies to you. ask a more advanced bodybuilder their opinion on that. Anyone who has been bodybuilding for over 2 years, and tries doing that...would fail miserably. For me to grow...i need to eat a **** load...there's no way i can cut while eating a **** load.
It's just like when people say they need to lose weight, and all they have to do is cut out soda and candy, and start getting some exercise. That works for people who aren't in any kind of shape to begin with...but when i need to lose weight....it's not as easy as that...just because of a higher level. It just all depends on where you're at. PeaceREPS ARE ALWAYS GOOD

I've gained size during my cutting cycle, as well as strength. While my gains could have been better if I were on a higher calorie diet, I did still gain mass, and dropped quite a bit of bf. I eat a lot of protein and keep the carbs to a minimum. I do cardio 2-3 time a week. It works, you just need a lot of discipline.

I have done it. Actually, i believe that i am doing it right now during my contest prep. My weight is staying the same and my bodyfat levels are decreasing by the day. I will be writing an article about it so look out for it within several weeks!!

Prove it.
the reason that few people try to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time is because it slows down the rate in which they grow.
when i first started lifting i cut and bulked at the same time. at the end of 6 months i added overall size to my body but cut out a lot of the fat.
it CAN be done and is done, but it is not the most effective way to bodybuild.
i just got off a bulk only cycle and i'm doing a cut / bulk cycle again. just don't rush things, i cut my caloric intake by 200 and added cardio (or try to) once a week on off days.. so far so good
