Kamao, don't workout during your carb up days. Workout just before starting it and you can do cardio a the end of it (let's say you carb-up saturday and sunday, saturday morning do a work-out and sunday night, cardio). The point of the carb-up days is to refull your glycogen, by working out you do the opposite. Good luck on the diet man, it's the best!

Why cardio Sunday night?

Wait til Monday and let the carbs do their thing and deplete over night naturally from the liver. Then do the cardio and boom into ketosis in no time.
