    need a good fat reducing work-out

    I've recently, just started working out again , and i need to loose a ton-o- fun , so that i may start building muscle, i walk about 3miles from my job to home , and i want to boost my metabolism, to help me loose the fat , what can i do ? or use?

    Well look into a making a good diet, start lifting and doing cardio, and for a suppelment theres many. for ex. ripped fuel I'm young so I'm just taking speed stak gum(it has very small amount of ephedrine). But thats just some of the things you can do.

    maybe go on to bb.com and read some articles on diet and training. that should help

    "German Volume Training", and a program of cardio and high intensity interval training (HIIT). This will work well for most people at burning fat when combined with a clean diet that gives them enough energy and protein. Do a search on this site for "German Volume Training" and "HIIT". German Volume training and HIIT are very good for hyping your metabolism. Especially after a long lapse in training.
