    quetsion about 5x5 routine

    can somebody please explain this to me or give me a link to where i can find information about it.

    It is simply 5 sets X 5 reps for a given exercise. The first 2 or 3 sets are usually warmups.

    Search for stronglifts on YouTube. Mehdi's 5x5 program. Three days a week, compound movements, you increase the weight each workout.

    Qustion tho about rest im between sets .
    I know there between 90 secs and 5 mins.
    What if when doing a drop set switxh rest to under 90 secs to hit more hypertrophy?
