Ok, so I know that the best times to take citrulline malate are right before working out, as well as first thing in the morning on an empty stomach or right before bed...h/e, if (due to time constraints) I have to eat breakfast two minutes after taking the citrulline malate, would I be hindering its effectiveness? Would it just be better to skip taking it in the morning and just do it at night instead? (note: I am using it to increase endurance for track)

in such a hurry?
Correct..
You're in such a rush? Why not take CM upon waking. Get your breakfast ready or brush your teeth then sit down for a meal? Hm.. What you suggested wouldn't be the 'be all end all' of CM supplementation. If you can only take it then, do it. Just my preference. Morning>before bedThere are always two choices. Two paths to take. One is easy. And its only reward is that it's easy - Anonymous

well, so far (I have been taking it for about 5 days), it seems to have helped with endurance, though to what extent I can't exactly say, as my track workouts have greatly fluctuated from normal this week (due to my coach)...however, I have noticed that as far as lifting weights, I get less tired between sets and feel like I could do many more, and it seems to be helping with muscle soreness as well
