This may sound like I weird question but is it possible? has it happened to anyone else?

I have a decent size, very dark and weirdly discolored bruise on my bicep, and I don't know how I got it. I definitely didn't get hit there or anything, the only thing I can think of is the extremely sick and painful pump I got the day before.

Maybe the pump caused a couple vessels to break?
