THANK YOU
I was talking with Bill at an autograph signing once and asked him what he did.
"Well sexy (I was a little scarred that he called me this at first but it's all good ) to look like this *points to himself* you must do the following".
Monday
*Flat Bench Press 4 x 7
*Fly 3 x 4
*Side Lateral Raise 1 x 12
*Kickbacks 2 x 25
Wednesday
*Deadlift 3 x 8
*Pull Down 1 x 6
*Hammer Curl 12 x 12
Friday
*Leg Extension 2 x 8
*Leg Curl 1 x 12
*Crunch 4 x 25
Since following his advice I have gone from 5'6" to over six feet. I also now have a bald head, tattoos, and growl a lot.
Hope this has helped.

perhaps i should have noted the lack of sarcasm in my post, my bad.
most of the wrestlers work out together and follow similar routines when time permits. their routines tend to be closer to a football player's or other contact sport athlete's routine. bill goldberg is generally regarded as an ******* and ****off in the wrestling community and believes he doesn't have to work for his push and that he shouldn't have to cooperate with the other wrestlers on their matches and while working out.

Have you met Goldberg ?
And who''''' He goes pretty heavy. Not extremely heavy for his weight but heavy compared to most of the people in the gym. He does mostly basic exercises. Squats, incline press, dumbell press. I've seen him squatting and pressing on a smith machine so he'd probably get a lot of crap from the experts here.''' Goldberg or devl?????
Off topic: It's better to squat on the smith machine or with heavy weights?

I think you can try to find the book at WWE.com store....maybe...
Triple H's book table of contents:
Juice,juice,juice (man's best friend)
30 min of training
rest
wait for juice to work
planning of the matches with Vince Mc Mahon
match using a sledgehammer and try to injure some leg..
Anyway Goldberg's routine is on october 2000 uscular development....
Help me.
