ENERGY LEVELS: GOOD ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING I HAD TO GET UP AT 4 AM TODAY. VERY GOOD ENERGY IN THE GYM.
DOMS: CHEST A LITTLE SORE.
PUMPS: JUST A LITTLE
NOTES: GOT BODYFAT CHECKED TODAY, SHE SAID I'M AT 12.5% BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW ACCURATE THE CALIPERS ARE. I WILL HAVE THE SAME PERSON CHECKING IT AT THE END. ALSO I'M WEIGHING MYSELF AT THE SAME TIME EVERY DAY (CLOTHED).

NOTES: Workout went OK not a lot of strength but good determination so I worked it out. Working chest and bi's/tri's tomorrow so I'm looking forward to it.

NOTES: Energy was good today, workout went good. Didn't have my workout partner with me but still got my reps so I'm happy about that. I did notice I got very tired pretty early last night, just FYI.

Looks like this should be a good log. Curious how your results will compare to what I've heard.

MEAL 3 - 1 PB&J SANDWICH (2 TBSP PB, 1 TBSP JELLY) ON WHOLE WHEAT AND 1 TUNA (1/2 CAN IN WATER) SANDWICH ON WHOLE WHEAT.
MEAL 4 - 1 CUP 1% MILK, 1 SCOOP WHEY PROTEIN (CHOCOLATE),
1 TBSP. PEANUT BUTTER.
MEAL 5 - Dinner varies but usually try to use it to balance out the rest of the day. Usually consists of Chicken Breast, Ground beef or Steak along with a starch and some veggies.
MEAL 6 - 1.5 servings Special K Protein Cereal, 1 CUP MILK 1%.

why do you have protein cereal before bed? why not a shake, chicken or some fish?
