I want smaller muscles!
My girfriend is 20 years old. Her arm and leg muscles are bulking up from working out. But she doesn't want bulky muscles. She wants tone, feminine muscles. Here's her workout.
Cardio: 5 days. Powerwalking for 45 min. per day.
Upper body: 1 day 3X20 per excercise
Lower Body: 1 day 3X20 per excercise
Abs: 5 days
Any suggestions appreciated!
