First off I wasn't sure which forum to post this in, so I am posting it in a few different sections.
Anyway, the right side of my body is not as strong as the left side. I am right handed so this does not make much sense to me. But I had a thought the other day that maybe it is because of the position I sleep in.
I often wake up in the middle of the night and my right arm will be completely asleep. I think this may be why the right side of my body is falling behind.
What do you guys think? Has anyone else had any problems like this or ever heard of anything like this?
thanks in advance for all replies

re
Sometimes when I work out my arms really well, I wake up and one of them will be asleep, and then I will flip over and an hour later, the other will be alseep. Not sure if it is because the position, or because I thrashed them at the gym. Doesnt happen if I am not lifting, and it doesnt happen all the time either when I am lifting. A mystery to me.

I never really thought it mattered too much until I noticed how much bigger my lest arm and shoulder is. I put two and two together and started wondering if maybe there was a connection to my sleeping position which is primarily on my right side.
something I was just wondering. Has no one else experienced this?
