    Royal marine

    hi basicly i want to become a royal marine but i need to train!! i need to get my cardio and Strength-Endurance right up there! im looking for a program that will help me with this?!. i have always wanted to be bigger but now i figure i cant be big if im in the marines so im just goin to have to leave out my bodybuilding . so any advcie and help will be appreciated...

    It will get your push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, and running endurance up enough for you to survive. BTW doing endurance work after lifting weights for a while, sucks ass! It's so painful, you'd thinking doing 4 sets of 15 push-ups is easy.

    Hi mate!

    I didnt the PRMC for the RM!

    And all i can tell you it's mainy about endurance, stamina and willpower!

    You dont realy need to do weight's to pass the course! though it will help a bit!

    Running is pretty much the main thing they do!

    Get down to your local Army recruitment centre and theyll give you as much information as you want! you dont need to join straight away!

    pack runs...push-ups,pull-ups,sit-ups/crunches and alot of cardio, also if you have access to a pool I would hit some laps for cardio as well.

    Why do so many people think that when you go in the forces you bulk up, i dont see how this is possible when there is so much cardio!

    also if i pass my prmc and then finish the 32 week training! would i be able to hit the weights again or will i have to keep my body in a certion way?

    i rekon im gnna hit a few compounds aswell like deadlift,clean and jerk,squat and bench press and just do that 3 days a week with the sit ups,pull up, tricep dips, and chin ups. then just do all the cardio that is stated in the workout in my other post, as i said its just a shame that i will have to give up the old iron becuse i really enjoy lifting weights, i will justhave to sacrifice some things to achive my goals!

    just wondering what rep range should i be doin? 5x5?
