hi basicly i want to become a royal marine but i need to train!! i need to get my cardio and Strength-Endurance right up there! im looking for a program that will help me with this?!. i have always wanted to be bigger but now i figure i cant be big if im in the marines so im just goin to have to leave out my bodybuilding . so any advcie and help will be appreciated...
It will get your push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, and running endurance up enough for you to survive. BTW doing endurance work after lifting weights for a while, sucks ass! It's so painful, you'd thinking doing 4 sets of 15 push-ups is easy.
i rekon im gnna hit a few compounds aswell like deadlift,clean and jerk,squat and bench press and just do that 3 days a week with the sit ups,pull up, tricep dips, and chin ups. then just do all the cardio that is stated in the workout in my other post, as i said its just a shame that i will have to give up the old iron becuse i really enjoy lifting weights, i will justhave to sacrifice some things to achive my goals!
just wondering what rep range should i be doin? 5x5?
