Before I knew about about Nolva and 6-Oxo, I used a topical DIM (Diindoly Methane) spray that brought my Estradiol levels down by 60%, based on the blood test I had done before and 2.5 months after I had been using daily.
I have'nt seen enough evidence to support it's use for PCT, but as a daily preventative, I believe it's worked for me.
