Due to a crazy work schedule, I have to workout on a 4 days on, 4 days off schedule (same as my work schedule), at least until the summer (when I can go early in the morning, 5 days a week.) I know its not ideal, but it will be better than nothing.
I might could at least do some cardio on a few of the days I work.
Any suggestions about a workout plan for this 4 on 4 off schedule from the experts here would be greatly appreciated!

Thats fine. Try something like this.
day 1: Chest/tris
day 2: back/bis/abs
day 3: Shoulders
day 4: Legs
