    Question quick question

    Hi I was just wondering how you should workout your triceps/chest in relation to each other i.e. same day, next day, totaly seperate. (i've just made a schedule with triceps/chest one day, biceps/forearms the next, then cardio the next etc etc, is it ok to have triceps/chest like this?). cheers.

    i would work them together.
    working them far apart is also good but i have found it easier for myself to do them together.

    both str8 and beast make valid points. can do it either way. cant do as much weight with your tris on a chest day as compared to the wieght you can do when you isolate them. just a fact to throw out.
