Hi I was just wondering how you should workout your triceps/chest in relation to each other i.e. same day, next day, totaly seperate. (i've just made a schedule with triceps/chest one day, biceps/forearms the next, then cardio the next etc etc, is it ok to have triceps/chest like this?). cheers.
