That's what head IFBB judge said on PBW.
Is Phil in the drivers seat this Olympia? Is he the heir apparent, according the #1 IFBB judge - Jim Rockell.

hopefully he will try something in the middle. Since he is young I hope he takes his time. You know maybe 4-6 solid pounds of pure muscle a year. I know that doesn't sound like much but in 5 years that's like 20-30 pounds.
If he can keep getting in great condition with 20-30 pounds more muscle and keeps a small waist, whoa sh*t watch out.

Phil Heath has only been bodybuilding for 5 years, people on this board have more experience than that.
The man is simply awesome and a genetic god, he will mature and boy when he does there's no stopping him.
Definetly a strong Olympia contender or actual Olympia champion, he has the potentialThis one's for you baby

You heard wrongly, they asked who he thought had the potential to one day be Mr Olympia and he said Phil Heath. Not this year's but maybe the future ones.
Anyway, i think he meant Phil has the best build, structure, muscle belly, lines whatever. He feels if Phil keeps on getting bigger while maintaining those lines and streamlined waist he has the best shot of winning the O in the future, not now though.
