    Question quick question

    Hi I was just wondering how you should workout your triceps/chest in relation to each other i.e. same day, next day, totaly seperate. cheers

    Heaps of guys do train chest & tri's on the same day because they are both pushing muscles.ie:you use tri's when doing bench press etc.so it is a good way to train.I have recently changed to chest/back-monday,arms-tuesday but for the most part it is personal preferance.keep them guessing.
