i drank a 2 liter of diet coke today for an experiment, and im still in ketosis
today is my fourth full day of CKD. I entered ketosis yesterday according to keto sticks. I was actually fairly surprised how fast i reached ketosis simply because i have been eating lots of nuts and drinking tons of diet coke and coffee. so today i try and experiment. i drank a whole two liter of coke all day, and im still in ketosis. ive checked the strips about ten times. anyways, i guess im lucky! im not going to drink this much everyday, but damn this stuff keeps me sane

thats good, your luckey. some people use a packet of equal and are done with ketosis for the day. keep up the good work!

this is my first week. i have already dropped three pounds.moslty water i know. but i feel good. im eating **** load of almonds and drinking lots of diet soda, cofeee, and i have been in ketosis none stop. im very lucky. going to eat a fat steak tonight with some buffalo wing appetizers and some diet coke and chillis
life is good. i do get a sweet tooth, jello is doing trick so far. i might get some some whippping cream soon.

I don't know if Diet Coke and Diet Sprite ever threw me out of Ketosis, but it definitly stalled me. When I quit, I started losing again.
life is good. i do get a sweet tooth, jello is doing trick so far. i might get some some whippping cream soon.
