    Rotator Cuff injury help!!

    3 months ago while doing wide grip chin ups, I strained my infraspinatus. It was painful to open doors for 3 days following. After that the injury settled and I resumed training. Bad move. Once again there was a lingering pain at the back of my shoulder.
    I wised up and started proper rehabilitation including physiotherapy 2 times a week, including strengthening serratus anterior, lower trapezius and rotator cuff. I have been doing this for 3 months and no improvement what so ever. I now have a constant tightness between the tip of my inferior scapula and latissimus dorsi. I also have bicep pain. I fatigue very quickly doing day to do tasks. I can still lift my arms up to the side and front with minimal pain. I had a cortisone injection last week and that helped for 2 days, and now the pain is back. My right side of my upper body is constantly tight and painful despite physio. Ive seen 3 differnt physios ans No one can seem to give me an answer. Please help

    Orthopedic surgeon I think could be the way to go.
