    Question How Much Water You Drink A Day ?

    Just wondering how much water everyone on here drinks a day , I drink about 4 litres a day.
    As of May 17th 2004

    Age:16
    Height:5'3
    Weight:112lb

    Bench Press:150

    For you Americans(Me)

    1-2 litres=about 0.3-0.5 gallons
    3-4 litres=about 0.8- a bit over 1 gallon

    I try to get a little over a gallon a day.

    I take a 1L bottle to the gym. I can refill it up to 3 times. I also have a 4L jug I keep at home to drink
