Workout Routine

I'm doing the 5 day Intermediate split posted in the Workout section.
My goal over the next 8 weeks is to gain 10-12 lbs, total. I'd of course like to make this as much muscle as possible.
I'll post a before pic once I figure out how to get it off my digital cam.
