    My Swole V2 & NO2 Log 3/15/04

    Well I don't have all of my measurements but I'll put down what I have so far. This log should hold me accountable for my goals. If you don't see me post here for a few days, get on my arse about it.

    Stats:

    Age : 23
    Height : 5'11
    Weight : 156 (in light clothes)
    BF%: 10.5 (measures 3 places)

    Swole V2 (8 weeks)
    Max Nitro (NO2) (4 weeks, maybe more)
    ON 100% Whey
    Max Muscle High 5 (blended protein)
    Glutamine
    Maltodextrin
    Labrada MRP Shakes (got em for free)
    Arrowhead 1 gallon jugs of water

    Workout Routine

    I'm doing the 5 day Intermediate split posted in the Workout section.


    My goal over the next 8 weeks is to gain 10-12 lbs, total. I'd of course like to make this as much muscle as possible.

    I'll post a before pic once I figure out how to get it off my digital cam.

    I had 3 good workouts this week and I've only been able to take Swole 1x per day so far but I'm going to start 2x a day, starting now.

    My weight (yesterday) was 158... up 2 lbs from monday.

    I've been eating like a horse, drinknig water like a fish and sleeping like I've got narcolepsy. I've got a good feeling about reaching my goal.
