    Thermo or a caffeine pill?

    If you could only pick one to use what would it be? Any thermo or caffeine pill.

    I want to try one before workouts but I doubt you can use both at the sametime.

    that is because the thermos have caffeine in them,at least most of them. i would go with vpx redline pre workout or ephedrine hcl+caffeine.

    yes,i like the thermorexin also. i just ended a 4 week cycle and am very pleased with the results.
    ulter i have a question for you:for how long,average, do you stay on maximum dosage of the thermorexin(6caps) until you stop getting good results?

    I don't know anyone who has been on it more than 60 days so I know it will work at least that long without losing effectiveness. The thing is that most people reach their goal by then and quit taking it. I would have used it none stop but I have had a couple injuries that have forced me to quit training for a couple months each. I do go up and down on the dosing though. I only use two/day when I reach my goal, like now, and 6/day when cutting or holding off fat accumulation while bulking.
