vitamin c prevents catabolism, vitamin E prevents free radicals, but you would get your best luck from taking a multi a few times a day

take a multi with a meal because there are fat soluable vitamins and minerals in them, which means you have to have fat to get them absorbed. i take one in the early morning and one before bed

That was in Germany and that was in the early 90's. I was about 12 or 13 at that time. I didn't have a job. My relatives weren't in Germany at that time. And my last choice was going to army. At 15, I was freed, because my uncle came and took me home. (He only found that I was in the army out 2-3 years later). I just read every book that I could. By 18, I already knew high standard English, and knew alittle bit of biochemics, shortly - I educated myself. The I came to America. Right now everything is allright. I got a high payble job as a network administrator and major in nuclear and chemical engineering, and take everything I can from my life. The reason I did this is because of my parents. I wanted to become something in my life. By the way, I'll write an article about my history when I become a ...........
