    How much can I squat?

    I want to start Rippetoes but I do not know how much I can squat for 3 sets of 5. I know I can squat 110 for 20 reps. Is there anyway I can find out how much I can squat for 3 sets of 5 reps?

    Just take a day and work up on squats if you really want to know.

    Word to the wise, use the rep calculators as a GUIDE. They're rarely 100% correct and often not even in the neighborhood.

    the rm calculatore are very crude, especially at 20rm. put some weight on a bar and then squat it, then put those numbers into a calulator once they are below 10, if you need to
