    T-Bar Rows Grip

    ive seen alot of way that T-Bar rows have grips, what grip would work the best for using the whole muscle, wide or narrow??

    Whatever feels more comfortable. I have personally not found a big enough difference between the two to get worried about it. Just use the grip which feels more comfortable to you.

    I do both like you do, as I think that they may hit the back muscles slightly differently, and the variation is good. I think that it is easier and more comfortable to use a grip that is a little bit wider.
