Hey all, i was just wondering how much is too much peanut butter? Everyday i eat 4 tbsp of peanut butter. the Nutritional figures for that are:
Calories: 380
Fat: 34
Carbs:12
Protein:16
Is that ok

i think that's plenty. you probably shouldn't be getting too many nutrients from the same source on a daily basis.

I love the taste of peanut butter. I get out a measuring spoon sometimes for a meal and try to eat only 3 table spoons, and end up eating half the jar. Its a good food to eat because of the fats,fiber, protein, and carb in it. The calories is the killer, lol. If you enjoy it, eat it early in the morning or after you workout.
If it moves, salute it; if it doesn't move, pick it up; and if you can't pick it up, paint it.

i've done a peanut butter "cut" diet before.
thinking about doing it again.

I don't eat peanut butter too often but when I go to the field that MRE peanut butter is priceless
