    1/2 casein + 1/2 egg protein + 1 scoop whey = good night time shake?

    1/2 casein protein + 1/2 egg protein + 1 scoop whey = good night time shake? Tony from nutritional warehouse in venice california, told me today that 1/2 casein protein + 1/2 egg protein + 1 scoop whey = good night time shake/ sustained release shake. Has anbody else heard anything about this?

    im not sure about that man, because casein is the one the releases slowly not egg or whey, but i may be totally wrong.

    Casein is the slowest, usually 2-7 hours, egg I think 1-1.5, and whey the fastest. That said, it is a pretty decent one IMO, consume some fats in it and some good carbohydrates, and you've got yourself a good night-time shake.
    I remember being relevant.
