Alright so I don't know how it works. Do I take post workout supplements like whey protein after lifting weights or after doing cardio? I often do like 30 mins of working out than 45 minutes of cardio. Do I take the supplements after lifting weights?

I'd bring a whey protein drink with me to drink after my workout and then do the cardio. The other supps you can probably be fine taking them once you get home.

Okay, this is what I was looking for.
Think about it....you're trying to burn fat right? The fat that's in your gut right? That's in the form of adipose tissue and doesn't take the form of a carbohydrate or fat. Carbohydrates do not promote fat production, and if you were to ingest carbohydrates the best times to take them in are pre and post workout.
Your logic is quite flawed.US ARMY Noncommissioned Officer
