hey, im just looking for a bit of help.
Ever since i hit 90 kgs (200 pounds) about 3-4 weeks ago i havent been able to gain any weight at all and im having trouble getting enough calories.
If i way 200 pounds i should be eating at least 3000 calories to maintain my weight right?? and about 3,500 calories to put weight on right??
im having difficulty constructing a diet where i can do that without getting to much fat and crappy foods.
here's my diet now.

do a search for wardog's protein bar recipe and use those instead of the ones you're eating now. each batch has something like 4200-4300 cals so you can split that up into as many or as few bars as you want to get some cals in. Bump to what the others are saying though, try to rely on food sources as much as possible rather than supplements. As their name suggests, they're only there to supplement an already relatively sound diet. Good luck bro, don't get discouraged.

That's because all you're consuming are crappy protein/energy drinks. Try eating, that'll get your calories up."Pavel calls the idea of training yourself in isolated pieces "Frankenstein training" and I don't think I can come up with a better term. The body is one piece." Dan John

ugh! all those supps.. swicth to real food, only use the protein powders, pre and post workout or as a "supplement" to your meals consisting of real whole foods.
